Our new LTX C8 Header is the culmination of 30 years of airflow experience, dynamometer data of hundreds of exhaust combinations and countless hours of CAD and CFD development. Designed and made all right here in the MotorCity - with no expenses spared.

   

Tested on a Mustang MD-1100 AWD eddy current dynamometer, the Z51 prototype headers give the LT2 power-plant 20 more horsepower at the rear wheels as well as 20 more pound-feet of torque "with no tuning” and no check engine lights. For reference, the a stock Z51  dynos  at 439 whp with the stock headers, meaning that we're currently talking about 459 whp.​ Moreover, the LTX headers stepped primary lengths are tuned to produce the highest area under the power curve as dictated by the gear ratios, shift times and response of the new high-tech Tremec C8 dual clutch transmission.​ Laser-cut flanges with single piece, fully mandrel bend 304 SS primaries give this header the best flow characteristics and durability possible.  All our products come with Line 2 Line's ThermBar ceramic coating with color of your choice.
